Within Austria there are NO additional transport costs as of an order value
of Euro 99,00.
Within the European Union there are different transport costs. The relevant
transport costs might be found below. Orders from outside EU or from countries
not listed below, have to be handled separately and will be offered to you
on request; if and how they will be possible to be executed or if there is
a need to involve one of our partners in your country.
For purchases of more than 12 bottles only quantity units in steps of 12
bottles are allowed (24, 36, 48, …).

New clients are asked to pay in advance by withdrawal, by credit or by Paybox.
If you are going to pay by credit card, we gladly accept your Mastercard/Eurocard,
Diners, JCB, American Express and VISA. For bank transfers from outside Austria,
please always use our IBAN Bank Code to avoid additional transfer costs for
both parties.
The ordered goods are always payable prompt after receipt of invoice without
deductions. In case of delayed payment we will charge you 12% p.a. on interest.
The delivered goods remain in our ownership until fully payment and are not
allowed to be given away without informing us.
Korktasters cannot be exchanged according to internationally usual practice.

Sending back the relevant bottles on the buyers expenses is obligatory. We
are selling alcoholic beverages to persons over the age of 18 only. Inoperativeness
of one point within this terms is not affecting the other points.
If a damage happens to the shipment during transport, we guarantee for fully
replacement under the following requirements: The goods need to be checked
for damages and completeness immediately after receipt and if there is any
reclamation, it needs to be written on the deliverers receipt before signing
(or confirmed by the transport company) and we need to be informed within 8
days. |
