Each contract concluded with PB Wine OG, Wiesenstrasse 11/11, 7000 Eisenstadt
is based on these terms of business. Special arrangement differing from
these terms of business can be accepted by our written acknowledgement only.
PB Wine reserved the rights to do amendments.
The version at the time of your purchase is the valid one. By making a purchase,
the customer declares his acceptance of these conditions.
Our offers are without obligation. The latest offer invalidates the others.
As some vintages might be limited in quantity, right during your order the
certain vintage might besold out. In this case we will send you an equal quality
and price of same grape with newer vintage. If there would be a price difference
of vintages you will be informed and your confirmation needs to me declared.
For all shipments our current terms of delivery and terms of payment are valid.
Different arrangements need to be confirmed by us in writing.
The order is valid right after our confirmation by e-mail, fax or letter.
In case of errors in typing, print or calculation on our web-site, we are entitled
to withdrawal from contract.
All prices are in Euro per bottle, inclusive all legal taxes (20 % Austrian
VAT). This is valid for Austria only. Additional transport costs will be charged.

Please note, that certain countries also have an additional accised duty. This
duty needs to be paid by yourself or the order will be handed over to one of
